Vintage & Development
For the production of this wine is used only grapes from our best vineyards. After a rigorous manual vintage, parcel by parcel, you get a fruit at its peak of ripeness.
Once harvested the grapes, the wines macerated for 25 days, to make way for aging in American oak barrels selected from the best forests, remaining there for 6 months.
While in his care was maximum barrel, filling the barrels and trasegñandolo spring.
Finally clarified with egg white, and bottled.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clean, bright, cherry red with violet tones covered in thin layer.
Nose: Intense red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, currant, perfectly assembled with wood, balsamic, fine spices, and bottom, lightly toasted.
Palate: Tannins contributing resounding round finesse with great persistence in perfect balance with the acidity.
