1.- I have difficulty finalizing my order.

Contact us by phone and/or WhatsApp and we will guide you so you can complete your purchase successfully.

2.-How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Usually 72 hours, business days.

3.- Can I use another payment method?

     Yes, contact us and we will provide you with our bank details so you can pay by bank transfer.

4.-What shall I do if my order does not arrive in good condition?

     Identify what has happened, let us know and we will solve the problem for you. If necessary, a new delivery will be released. Goods are always insured.

5.- What is the price of transport? 

   We will calculate the price and shipping costs for you based on the size of the order and the delivery destination.

6.- Is there an option for free shipping?

     Yes, all orders whose amount exceeds €100 (tax included)

7.- Is there a minimum order?

     Yes, orders less than €35. It is mentioned on the webpage.

8.- Si there an option for shipments made outside the Peninsula?   

The webpage does not include them. Contact us and we will give you a solution to your shipment.

9.-How can I check the status of my shipment?


Contact us by any means you wish and we will inform you of the status of your order.
